Pet Policy

Pets must be 25 lbs or less, at maturity. Maximum two pets (with a combined weight of 50 lbs or less, at maturity). Breed restrictions apply. Whether you have one or two pets, the (potentially refundable) pet deposit is $250, the non-refundable pet fee is $150, and pet rent is $10 per month.
